| what is a limited edition print? |
Our original illustrations are unique art pieces. The limited print edition is a faithful copy of the original illustration. It's like owning an original museum painting. The Limited edition prints are a cheaper alternative to the original illustration but just as beautiful and of the highest quality. We have printed a limited number of copies, each is numbered and includes the artist signature. We have absolute direct control over the printing of each art print to preserve the quality and uniqueness.

Our oils on canvas are very fine reproductions of works of art by the masters. We have searched the world for the best artists that have spent a long time studying works of art in museums and reproduced on canvas a unique work of art. This master oil reproduction will come to you in a fine frame ready for hanging in your favorite room.

| what is the size of the limited edition prints? |
Limited edition art prints are available in two basic sizes 14 X 11 in and 16 x 20 in. The art prints are delivered with a mat ready for framing. |
| can I return my print or my original illustration? |
Yes, you may return the product for a refund within 7 days of purchase. You may request an exchange within 30 days of the ordering date. You must have our written authorization code or RMA number and the prints must be returned in impeccable condition. Our shipments are well packed in sturdy boxes and insured through the carrier. If you receive our shipment in poor condition, we will refund your money or give you credit towards a replacement after the proper claims are made. |

royalty-free ? |
Yes, you don't have
to pay any additional fees on a use-by-use basis. Once
you purchase a royalty-free product from us, you may use it
multiple times for multiple projects without paying
additional fees and the quality of our images will make it really worth it.

information protected on your website? |
Yes! We
understand the concern for security when ordering via
the Internet. In order to keep your credit card
information and other personal details confidential we
conduct all credit card transactions through a secure
server. The secure server software encrypts all of your
personal information including credit card number, name
and address, so that it cannot be read as the
information travels over the Internet. Our

of all purchases you have made from StudioMagicArt.

my invoice? |
Log into your StudioMagicArt
account. From the list of previous purchases, click on
the one you want to print. Your invoice will appear on
the screen. You have a choice of printing from your
browser window, or you can click on the button
indicating the “printer-friendly version”.

| once I have downloaded an image,
can I cancel it? |
If
you decide that you do not want the image you purchased, you may
cancel your order within one week from the date of
the invoice without charge.
If
any Image is defective, StudioMagicArt will replace it or
provide you with a full refund of your purchase price within
thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. CD’s come with a
warranty of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery
against defects in material and workmanship. Your sole and
exclusive remedy is the
replacement of the CD . |
| if I need to
re-download an image I have purchased, and it was digitally
delivered, will I be charged? |
No.
Save the email that gives you the special link to your
download site. Often those links have an expiration
date. If you choose to download before the expiration
date, there should be no trouble. Should you choose to
re-download after the expiration date, please contact
StudioMagicArt at info@StudioMagicArt.com.

I want to purchase a stock illustration or a photo. How do I determine the file size I need? |
When you purchase an image from StudioMagicArt, that image will be delivered to you in a compressed format. The file size listed for the image may be 10 or 28MB but the file that you download will be approximately 10% of that size. After you save the file in an uncompressed format, it will expand to the listed size. Once uncompressed the image will be at 300 dpi. We offer our images in JPEG format. |
| do you
sell images as TIFF or CMYKs? |
Yes, we do! TIFF files are uncompressed, and they are
offered at 50+ megabytes. CMYK denotes an image that is ready to go to the printer and is "separated" in the 4 colors that make the four printing plates. Contact StudioMagicArt at info@studiomagicart.com if you are
interested in TIFFs or CMYK files because they require special handling. |
| how do I download
a stock illustration or a photo? |
We will send you special instructions as how to download your purchase once it has been approved. You will be directed to a special link that will be available to you for 7 days. It will expire after that period of time. |
| are the images you sell
royalty-free ? |
All
StudioMagicArt photos and stock illustrations are released; illustrations or photographs that are not released have
no place on our website. |
